Yankees Turn First 4-6-5-6-5-3-4 Triple Play in Baseball History

Watch and listen to the various calls as the Yankees turn the first ever 4-6-5-6-5-3-4 in Major League Baseball history in last night’s 5-2 win over the Orioles. It was the Yankees’ first triple play since the 1960s.

Honestly, I expected a little more creativity on the call out of John Sterling. Here’s a sampling of some of his fine recent work, featuring a specialized call for new New Yorker Vernon Wells.
