My New Favorite Player Taking On New Responsibilities

If you’ve been with the blog for a while, you know I have a tremendous amount of love in my heart for the enigmatic Blue Jays reserve infielder, Munenori Kawasaki (and if you don’t know why, you can read about it here).

The man will do anything for his team, and to prove it, last night he went out to warm up starting pitcher J.A. Happ between innings. Someone caught a snapshot and the photo wound up on the MLB Fan Cave Instagram account. Take a look.

No, as much as it would be easier to believe, this guy is not a character out of the Major League movie series. He’s real life, and as his catchphrase goes, HE’S JAPANESE.

More Mune please!
